Il explore aussi les profonds changements \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser en termes de d\u00e9carbonisation, dans l&rsquo;optique de supprimer toute \u00e9mission de CO2. <br>Augmenter les ambitions r\u00e9gionales et nationales est un pour crucial pour atteindre les objectifs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et climatiques que nous nous sommes fix\u00e9s.
