Pourtant, les sols remplissent des fonctions bioclimatiques essentielles indispensables \u00e0 la protection de la biodiversit\u00e9, \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience alimentaire, au bien-\u00eatre, \u00e0 l\u2019adaptation et \u00e0 l\u2019att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique.<br \/>\nPendant longtemps, cette consommation excessive des sols, parfois d\u00e9corr\u00e9l\u00e9e de la croissance d\u00e9mographique et \u00e9conomique, n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 suffisamment r\u00e9gul\u00e9e.
